With Repair Request, you have complete control over your maintenance. You’ll receive real-time updates and service notes, so you’ll always know where a repair stands. Submit, view, and respond to all repair requests in the repair request portal at login.repairrequest.com
Our pricing is upfront, fixed and there are never no surprises. If our in house technician can handle the repair needed within normal working hours, then the repair will be billed out at our standard rate of $75 for the first hour then after the first hour it is just $59/hour. Should a true emergency repair be needed after hours or on the weekend, that our in house technician can handle, then the repair will be billed out $169 for the first hour then at $59 hour after the first hour. *Parts or materials extra. Larger projects (greater than 8 hours) costs will be determined on a per bid basis.
