For tenants Repair Requests can be submitted right on our homepage at RepairRequest.com and then select Renter Repairs.
With Repair Request, you have complete control over your maintenance. You’ll receive real-time updates and service notes, so you’ll always know where a project stands. You can view real-time project updates. In addition you will receive automated notifications when the repair request is scheduled, when the tech is in route to the property, and when the repair is completed.
Payments are handled through Repair Request’s platform, so you don’t have to worry about paying out multiple vendors. Repair Request will invoice you with net30 payment terms after the work is completed. It saves you time and cleans up your books.
